% 26.07.2017 Crl. M.A. No. 11918/2017 (passing detail order) By the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner prays for passing a detailed order in the instant petition decided by the Court on 26.04.2017 submitting that he had approached this Court for quashing of orders dated 16.12.2016 and 28.03.2017 and all the subsequent proceedings pending before the Court of Shri Prem Kumar Barthwal, Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi but the same was dismissed vide order dated 26.04.2017 against which he approached the Hon‟ble Supreme Court who passed the following order :- "No ground for interference is made out in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution."

It is now submitted that the Court did not consider the fact that the petitioner had not only challenged the orders of the Family Court but also the entire process and the Court did not give a specific order with regard CRL.M.C. 1658/2017

to the prayer of the petitioner nor considered the relevant order of the Hon‟ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana.

It is prayed that a detailed order with regard to the instant petition in Crl. M.C.No.1658/2017 be passed.

Order dated 26.04.2017 has been passed by Mukta Gupta, J. List on 28.07.2017 before the Bench of Mukta Gupta, J, subject to orders of Hon‟ble the Acting Chief Justice.
