% 17.05.2018 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire amount in terms of the award has been paid, however, the amount of Rs. One Lakh awarded as cost by the Division Bench in its order dated 24.01.2018 has not been paid by the respondent. The counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has challenged the above order by way of a Special Leave Petition. On being enquired, he fairly submits that the said Special Leave Petition has not been listed as on today.
The respondent shall pay the cost amount to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, subject of course to any other order passed in the Special Leave Petition by the Supreme Court. The petition is disposed of with the above directions. NAVIN CHAWLA, J MAY 17, 2018/rv
