In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, with liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas taken in the present petition and the Trial Court shall dispose of the application without being influenced by the dismissal of the earlier bail application. Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed. A copy of this order be also sent to the concerned Trial Court for compliance.
