% 14.09.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 246/2018 under Sections 406/420/468/471/120B IPC registered at PS Fatehpur Beri.

On the last date of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was willing to deposit a sum of ₹13 lakhs with the Registrar General of this Court within two days, however, the said amount has not been deposited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
