% 11.04.2019 Impugned order of 4th August, 2018, permits the Child in Conflict with Law (hereinafter referred to as „CCL‟), being son of Respondent No. 2, to continue study in petitioner-School. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that now CCL has been admitted to Class 12th and he will be passing out within a year, therefore, this petition is not pressed on merits.
Respondent No. 2, present in the court submits that CCL will not claim the hostel facility in the petitioner-School. In view of above, this petition and the application are disposed of as not pressed.
