Despite service, there is no representation on behalf of contesting respondent No. 1.

Notice to remaining respondents is dispensed with as petitioner's counsel submits that no relief is claimed against them. Impugned order of 7th June, 2018 directs petitioner to file written statement despite the fact that petitioner's application under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act is pending. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the case is coming up before trial court on 12th October, 2018 for hearing on the said application.

It is directed that till petitioner's application under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act is decided, filing of the written statement be not insisted upon.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
