% 30.08.2018 Respondent no. 2 Mr. Ashish Israni is present in Court along with his counsel and accepts notice.

Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 says that he has no objection in case complaint case no. 142/1 under Sections 379/384/468/471/420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Safdarjang Enclave against petitioners pending in the court of Shri Gaurav Gupta, learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi is quashed, since

he does not wish to pursue the same any further. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid complaint case is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
