% 19.01.2017 The plaintiffs and defendant no. 2 have settled their dispute before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. Pursuant to the terms of the settlement between them, the plaintiff had agreed to delete the name of defendant no. 1 i.e. Mr. Yatin Shah from the array of parties and the plaintiffs have agreed not to put any claim against defendant no. 1.

The plaintiffs have also along with this settlement filed an amended memo of parties which is annexed as Annexure D with the settlement deed.

In view of the settlement between the parties, the matter stands disposed of in terms of the settlement.

The certificate of refund of court fee be issued to the plaintiffs as
