This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order [dated 1st June, 2018 in HMA No.666/2018 of the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court (West)] allowing the application of the respondent/wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and directing the petitioner/husband to pay interim maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- per month.

The counsel for the petitioner/husband states that after filing of this petition he has become aware of the dicta of the Division Bench of this Court in Manish Aggarwal Vs. Seema Aggarwal (2012) 192 DLT 714 (DB) holding the impugned order to be appealable under Sections 19(1) & 19(6) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 and he withdraws the petition to seek appropriate remedy.
