O R D E R

% 23.08.2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No.10/2018 registered at PS Tilak Nagar for the offence punishable under section 498A/406/34 IPC. The present matter was referred to the mediation centre for settlement, however, not settled.

The petitioner who is present in person submits that he is ready to give admitted dowry articles to the respondent no.2, if released on bail. Learned APP for the State submits that there is no recovery to the dowry articles has been effected from the petitioner till date. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is ready to give dowry articles to respondent no.2, the petitioner shall be released on bail, in the event of his arrest, on him furnishing bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one

surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO. The petitioner is directed to hand over the admitted dowry articles to the respondent no.2/complainant at police station Tilak Nagar on 25.08.2019 at 12:00 noon.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
