% 23.08.2018 The present case has been transferred to this Court only with respect to 'Prayer B' of the petition which challenges the validity of the order dated 06.08.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (PMLA), New Delhi. Vide the aforesaid order, the custody of the petitioner had been extended for seven more days; the said period has since long past. Accordingly, the petition has become infructuous apropos the said 'Prayer B'.
At this stage, Mr. Madhav Khurana, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition any further and seeks to withdraw it and reserves his rights to pursue other remedies as may be available to him
in law. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
