% 04.09.2017 The petitioner by this execution petition is seeking execution of award dated 18.07.2014.

Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that decree holder has already initiated steps under SARFAESI Act for attachment and sale of immovable property which was mortgaged with the decree holder. Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to approach the Court in case there is any shortfall after the sale of the property that has been attached. The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Court in case there is any shortfall in the recovery of the decretal amount subject to law of limitation.
