CRL.M.A. 3211/2019 (by ptr. seeking extension parole for 2 months) The petitioner was released on parole for six weeks on 11.12.2018 to attend to his mother's medical condition. She was operated on 06.02.2019; she requires post-operative care for some more time. Therefore, the petitioner seeks extension of parole for a period of two months. However, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that four weeks would be sufficient.
In the circumstances, the parole is extended by six weeks on the same terms and conditions.
