1. The girl has been produced before the Court and she identifies the Petitioner as her father. The originals of the documents placed on record by the Petitioner have also been examined by ACP Surender Kumar Gulia.

2. The bone age test of the Petitioner's daughter reveals her to be an adult and she is happy to return to her father.

3. In a similar matter, i.e. W.P.(Crl.)1872/2018 (Rame Amang v. The State), a major girl from Nepal was reunited with her family in similar circumstances as she did not wish to live in a shelter home.

4. Accordingly, this Court permits the Petitioner's daughter to return with him from the court itself. The ACP concerned will extend all possible assistance to the Petitioner and his daughter in returning to Nepal.

5. The petition stands disposed of.

6. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master to both the parties.
