% 01.11.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appointed an Arbitrator, arbitration proceedings have commenced and the respondents are being represented before the Arbitrator.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of continuing the Interim Order dated 20.08.2018 for a further period of eight weeks.

Either party shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application before the Arbitrator seeking modification/variation of the said Interim Order.
