The appellant, who is present in person and is duly identified by the IO, states that having completed his entire substantive sentence as well as deposited the fine imposed upon him by the Trial Court, and having understood the consequences, he does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. The appellant has handed over his gate-pass, which is taken on record.
As per the nominal roll, the appellant has already undergone the entire sentence and has also paid the fine imposed upon him by the Trial Court vide Receipt No.12466 on 01.08.2025 and he was released on the said date. 2.
In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal stands disposed of as not pressed.
