Learned APP appearing on behalf of ASC for the State accepts notice. By this application, the petitioner seeks release of the surety amount furnished to the Superintendent Central Jail, Tihar which was furnished pursuant to the parole granted by this Court vide order dated 31st July, 2017. The petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks by this Court from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹5,000/- with one surety bond to the like amount subject to the satisfaction W.P.(CRL) 1250/2017

of Superintendent Central Jail, Tihar.

Since the petitioner has surrendered to custody, the Superintendent Central Jail, Tihar is directed to release the surety bond furnished on behalf of the petitioner.

Application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent Central Jail, Tihar and to the petitioner as well as through Suprintendent Central Jail, Tihar.
