File has been put up on office note on receiving a letter dated 20.02.2019 from the court of learned Additional District Judge-03 (South District), Saket Courts, Delhi requesting more time for disposal of the execution petition.

By order dated 20.08.2018 this Court had directed that "the executing court to proceed with the execution of the subject decree, as expeditiously as possible and positively, within a period of six months from today, in view of the circumstance that, the directions in this behalf have already been issued by this Court vide order dated 21.04.2017 in CONT. CAS (C) 1011/2016 titled as 'Kritika Suri & Anr vs. Rajesh Rajpal & Ors."
