O R D E R

% 06.07.2017 It is not in dispute that petitioner's daughter has expired on 2nd April, 2017.

Her cremation has already been done and petitioner was taken in custody for the said purpose.

However, other rituals have yet to be performed. Earlier also, petitioner was released on parole. It is not the case that he has misused the parole.

Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the SHO PS. Sultanpuri

once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
