This is a joint petition preferred by the parties for extension of time. 2.

I am informed that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 31.3.2017, and, that upon expiry of statutory period of 12 months parties mutually agreed to extend the time for concluding arbitration proceedings by a period of six (6) months.

I am informed that the period of six (6) months is to expire on 30.9.2018.

Counsel for the parties submit that the final arguments are over and that the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the matter for pronouncement and publication of the award.
