% 18.07.2016 Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants has placed on record a communication dated 16.02.2016 addressed to the appellants herein on behalf of the respondents herein along with photocopies of two cheques bearing No.011927 dated 11.02.2016 in the sum of Rs.4,00,000/-; and 011928 dated 01.04.2016 in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, drawn on Andhra Bank, Sadar Bazar, Plot No.4, Sadar Thana Rao, New Delhi- 110006, which have since been duly encashed.

Counsel urges that in view of the above since the parties have arrived at an amicable resolution of all their disputes, he seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal.

In view of the foregoing the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
