% 08.05.2017 The petitioner's wife Meenakshi is present in Court with the counsel. We have interacted with Meenakshi who states that she does not want to return to the petitioner since she has been harassed by him. Meenakshi further states that the petitioner is serving in Delhi Police and he has been threatening her.

It is directed that, in case, Meenakshi approaches Delhi Police to seek protection from the petitioner, she shall be accordingly granted protection.

In view of the above, this petition does not survive. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
