Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 701/2015 under Section 302 IPC, P.S. Keshav Puram.

It is informed by the learned APP that 22 out of 23 witnesses have already been examined and only the Investigating Officer is remaining to be examined and the next date before the Trial Court is 22.11.2018.

Keeping in view the fact that the trial is at the fag end, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the remaining prosecution evidence and conclude the same on day to day basis. 4.
The Investigating Officer is directed to appear before the Trial Court on 22.11.2018 for the purpose of his deposition and not to seek any un-necessary adjournment.

In view of the above direction, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 6.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
