% 08.02.2019 IA Nos.15453 and 17599/2018 These applications have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 13 days in filing reply to the petition and 5 days delay in filing the affidavits respectively.

For the reasons stated in these applications, the delay is condoned and the applications stand allowed.

ARB.P. 629/2018 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the order dated 29.01.2019 passed by this Court. He, however, prays for an adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel is not available.
