W.P.(C) 10151/2018 For correction/ modification of the entries in respect of subject land, petitioner claims to have made a Representation (Annexure P-5) on 17th July, 2017, which was followed by reminders of 14th September, 2017 ; 4th October, 2017 and 15th May, 2018.

Counsel for petitioner claims that there is no response to the aforesaid Representation (Annexure P-5) of 17th July, 2017. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondents submits that if it is so, then a proper speaking response to the Representation (Annexure P-5) of 17th July, 2017 would be made by second respondent within a period of twelve weeks and its fate would be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

Let it be so done to enable petitioner to have recourse to law, if required.

This petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Dasti.
