% 11.07.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated July 27, 2018, whereby the respondent Corporation has sealed the premises on the ground that the property was being used for running a play-school. It is the case of the petitioner herein that the property was not being used as play-school, but as a Creche. In any case Mr. Abhimanyu Bhandari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, the present petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the property has been desealed and the petitioner company / tenant has vacated the same, as such he wishes to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
