% 12.05.2017 The prayer made in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that the goods seized by the respondent on 19.12.2016 be released. Mr. Harsha, learned standing counsel for NDMC, submits that after ascertaining the factual position, the goods would be released in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law. Binding the respondent to the statement made, the writ petition is disposed of.
