% 07.07.2017 Petitioner has been held entitled for allotment of a plot measuring 250 sq. yards and the Committee concerned has recommended his case for placing the same before the Competent Authority for taking appropriate decision. This communication is dated 20.5.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has a limited prayer; his submission is that this recommendation should be placed before the Competent Authority within a time span in order that a decision can be taken on this at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present. She is not positive as to whether the recommendation has been placed before the Competent Authority as yet or not. It is directed that the same shall be placed before the Competent Authority within three weeks and the application of the petitioner shall be processed expeditiously within an outer limit of three months.

Petition disposed of.
