% 14.07.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although an alternative plot has been recommended by respondent no.2 in her favour yet the same has not been forwarded to the Competent Authority. Respondent no.2 is directed to place this recommendation before the Secretary, Land and building Department and if so it deems fit the same shall be forwarded to the respondent no.1. This shall be done within an outer frame work of eight weeks. No further orders are called for in this petition.
