% 10.01.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking a writ, order or direction directing respondents No.1, 4 and 5 to stop and demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction work as well as installation of Jio Mobile Tower being carried out by respondent No.2 and 3 in the property bearing No.213, Gali No.K-1/ 18, Main Shani Bazar Road, Ward No.84, Near S.S.Timber, New Delhi. A status report has been filed by respondent No.1/SDMC. As per the said status report, cell tower has been installed in the said property. The demolition proceedings under section 343 of the DMC Act have already been initiated against the said cell tower. The property is also said to have been sealed under section 345-A of the DMC Act on 10.09.2018. The learned counsel for respondent No.1/SDMC states that the said cell tower is now not functional any more.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present writ

petition. Respondents will ensure that cell tower does not function without due process of law.

The petition stands disposed of.
