Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition in case a direction is made to the Trial Court to decide the application pending before it under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) within 6 months.

This Court is not inclined to pass any direction to set a timeline for the Trial Court taking into consideration the pendency of cases before the Courts below.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders may be passed for deciding the application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. expeditiously. Accordingly, the present petition is
