% 16.09.2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the matter between the parties have been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 06.08.2019.

The petitions are disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Pending applications also stand disposed of in both the matters.
