% 09.08.2017 The Decree Holder has filed this execution petition seeking execution of the Decree dated 12.07.2016 in CS(Comm) No.15/2015. Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over to learned counsel for the Decree Holder a Pay Order in the sum of Rs.2,16,000/- bearing No.097666 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that the said payment is full and final satisfaction of the Decree. In view of the above, it is recorded that the Decree dated 12.07.2016 in CS(Comm) No.15/2015 stands satisfied. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
