% 17.08.2017 By this petition it has been prayed that respondent nos.2 and 3 be directed to complete the investigation with respect to FIR.No.201/2014 dated 14.04.2014 registered at PS Zafrabad and arrest respondent no.4. Learned APP submits that investigations are complete, inasmuch as, a Closure Report has already been filed in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi on 5th March, 2017. In these facts, in my view, relief claimed in this petition have become infructuous and petitioner has a remedy of filing the protest petition before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, if she opposes the acceptance of the closure report.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Protest Petition would be filed before the concerned court. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
