% 03.10.2016 Respondent nos. 5 and 6 are parents of petitioner no. 2. Petitioners allege that they have married each other without the consent of parents of petitioner no. 2 and are being threatened by them. Petitioners have approached this Court for grant of police protection to them. Respondent nos. 5 and 6 are present in Court along with their counsel. They state that they are not concerned with the petitioners, nor they have threatened them. They have no intention to cause any harm to petitioners. They further

submit that petitioner no. 1 is already married to someone else and has two children.

These disputed questions of facts cannot be gone into in this petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that present petition is not pressed, in view of the statements of respondent nos. 5 and 6 that they have no intention to cause any harm to the petitioners. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
