% 14.02.2020 The petitioner has filed the present petition with the following prayer:- "Issue appropriate Writ/Order/Direction to the respondents to grant the Sanctioning of Prosecution under Section 19 of the Prevention of Corruption Act within 15 days." It is submitted by the counsel for the GNCTD that the Lieutenant Governor has refused to grant sanction to prosecute the public servant vide order dated 29th November, 2019 stating that "Thus, in view of the material on record, I am of the considered view that, prima facie, there is no cogent material on record to justify grant of prosecution sanction against the public servants concerned."

Nothing survives in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
