% 20.08.2018 This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner, who claims to be vending at 130-T-01, Hanuman Mandir, BKS Marg, New Delhi. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her name is not included in the voters list for the elections to form the first Town Vending Committee(TVC). The matter was adjourned on 17.08.2018 when Mr. Peechara, learned Standing Counsel for the NDMC had sought time to take instructions in the matter. Today, Mr. Peechara submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered favourably and her name would be included in the voters list.

In view of the stand taken by the counsel for the respondent, the petition stands disposed of. The respondent would be bound by the statement made by the counsel for the respondent today in Court.
