The appeal impugns a money decree dated 28th January, 2015 of the Court of Additional District Judge (ADJ)-03, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in CS No.318/2014.

Notice of the appeal was issued and the parties referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 3.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Ms. Deepali Gupta, Advocate / Mediator of the Mediation Centre of this Court and a Settlement Agreement dated 28th January, 2016 signed by the authorised representative of the parties and their Advocates as well as by the Mediator has been received.

Both counsels support the Settlement Agreement. 5.

The compromise is found to be lawful and is allowed. RFA No.412/2015

The impugned judgment and decree is modified in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 28th January, 2016 which shall form part of the decree.

Decree sheet be drawn up.
