% 24.03.2017 Having regard to the valuation put to the reliefs in the suit for purposes of jurisdiction, on account of change of pecuniary jurisdiction, the case is liable to be transferred to the District Court. Since the property in question is situated in Kashmere Gate, Delhi area, the learned counsel for the plaintiff fairly agrees that the jurisdiction would vest in the court of District Judge (Central) at Tis Hazari Court Complex.

Thus, the case is transferred to the court of the District Judge (Central) at Tis Hazari Courts Complex, New Delhi where the parties may appear on 24th April, 2017 for further proceedings in accordance with law. The District Judge (Central) in her discretion may retain the matter on her board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under her control. The Registry to send the file to the transferee court well in time. R.K.GAUBA, J.
