O R D E R

% 13.07.2017 By the petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the communication dated 22.5.2017 whereby, an application made by the petitioners seeking regularisation of the property, came to be rejected being incomplete.

During the course of hearing, ld. Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners are free to make a fresh application fulfilling the requisite requirements.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed off, with the directions that on a fresh application being made by the petitioners with the requisite documents, details and other particulars etc. within six weeks from today, such application shall be disposed off by the respondent within six weeks thereafter. Should the petitioners require to visit the subject premises

alongwith any of their architect(s) to enable them to file an appropriate application for regularisation, the respondent shall allow such inspection by opening the seal for such time, as may be reasonable, within three days of an application being made by the petitioners for the purpose.

Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
