Status report has been filed, which is taken on record. 2.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole granted to him vide the communication dated 13th July, 2018 by the Government of NCT of Delhi for a period of two weeks.

The petitioner was granted parole for filing Special Leave Petition. Petitioner by the present petition claims that while the petitioner came out on parole, his wife suffered from unstable angina and heart problem while already on treatment of endometrial carcinoma of uterus, thus further treatment is required to be got conducted.

Admittedly as per the petitioner, who is present in Court, his wife is under treatment for endometrial carcinoma of uterus for the last more than W.P.(CRL) 2440/2018

one year. Thus, the petitioner is now required to get the tests of his wife conducted for the unstable angina and chest pain. The wife of the petitioner has been advised to CT-angiography and stress-echocardiography to rule out any acute coronary event which can be performed in the next three weeks. 5.

Considering the status report filed, this Court deems it fit to extend the parole granted to the petitioner vide communication dated 13th July, 2018, copy whereof is annexed as Annexure B to the present petition at page 19 for a further period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions as imposed in the order.

It is hoped and expected that the petitioner would utilize the time for getting the tests done and file the SLP and no further extension of parole will be granted on the ground of filing SLP 7.

Petition is disposed of.
