Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the challenge made in the present petition to notification dated 02.09.2014 is precluded inasmuch as the very same notification has been upheld by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.335/2020.

It is noticed that even on 19.05.2025 and 25.09.2025, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

In the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed in default, for non-prosecution.
