It is submitted on behalf of the Respondent No. 2/Complainant that in the present case, charges have already been framed and that both the parties have filed Revision against the order on charge. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court.
