Status report has been handed over, which is taken on record. 2.
By this petition, petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 149/2016 under Sections 392/394/397/411/120B/34 IPC registered at PS Paschim Vihar. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only eye-witness of the case, the complainant has turned hostile and the wife of the complainant has not claimed that she had witnessed the incident or identified the accused, thus the petitioner be released on bail.

The above noted FIR was registered pursuant to a PCR call received on 3rd March, 2016 recorded vide DD No.26A informing about the incident after breaking the mirror of the car and taking the bag containing `5 lakhs and jewellery items.

The complainant has been examined in Court and has not supported the case of the prosecution as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, it is to be noted that the wife of the complainant is yet to be examined in the witness box.

Considering the serious nature of allegations, this Court finds no ground to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 7.
Bail application is dismissed.
