Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in compliance of the earlier order, the petitioner is ready to pay a sum of Rs. 17,000/- in cash today in the court to respondent. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that notice was issued only to explore the possibility of the settlement. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner shall avail remedies which may be available as per law before the Trial Court and seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

All the pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present petition.
