O R D E R

% 28.11.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the case, he shall not press his application at this stage. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 15.04.2015, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same preferably within a period of five months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court. In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
