% 23.08.2017 Mr.Manu Sharma, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has now been provided with a copy of the ECIR. However, the same has been supplied to him only after his property was provisionally attached. Be that as it may, since the prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to provide the petitioner with a copy of the ECIR, which has now been provided to him, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition.

Mr.Sharma, the learned advocate, therefore seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
