O R D E R
% 03.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prosecutrix is a married woman, aged about 40 years and is having four children. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the matter, therefore, he may be released. Learned APP, who is assisted by the counsel for the complainant, has not disputed that prosecutrix is a married woman, having four children. However, it is submitted that petitioner had developed physical relations with the prosecutrix right from 2006 on the pretext that he would marry her but when the proseuctrix asked him to marry her, petitioner refused and threatened to kill her.
Vide order dated 1st May, 2017, petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation. Matter was adjourned
for today. Learned APP submits that petitioner has joined the investigation. Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances of the case, interim protection is confirmed and it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
