$~ * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + CONT.CAS(C) 322/2017 & CM APPL. 15709/2017 PRAVEEN KUMAR ..... Petitioner Through: Mr. Pawan Kumar Singh, Advocate.

versus DR M M KUTTY & ORS ..... Respondents Through: Mr. Naunidh S. Arora, Advocate.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 28.04.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the Division Bench order dated 16th March, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 2572/2015 whereby respondents were directed to accept the online/manual application of the petitioner to appear in the TGT (Physical Education) examination within one week.

In the petition, it has been averred that though respondents are issuing admit cards to the candidates who submitted their applications online for the aforesaid exam scheduled to be held on 30th April, 2017, yet they have not issued the admit card to the petitioner.

In the opinion of this Court, the Division Bench by the aforesaid order has permitted the petitioner's 'participation in the examination' subject to final outcome of the original application preferred by the petitioner before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Consequently, present contempt petition and application are disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to issue the admit card to the petitioner forthwith.

Needless to say, the result shall abide by the final order to be passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Order dasti under the signature of Court Master. MANMOHAN, J APRIL 28, 2017 js
