Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 542/2016 under Sections 376/354B/354/323508 registered at Police Station Ranhola, Delhi. 2.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the trial, he shall not press the application at this stage. 3.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the only formal/official witnesses remain to be examined, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same evidence within four months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court i.e. 22.11.2018. 4.
In view of the above directions, learned for petitioner does not press the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. 5.
